What And How To Measure Progress In Your Yoga Practice

Welcome to the September 2021 Yogi Institute Workshop

This is where we deepen our practice, knowledge and ways of being a yogi.

Staying motivated and committed to a healthy lifestyle can be challenging. Progress helps us to stay motivated and inspired. Yoga is a practice that may be difficult to measure because it may not be as obvious as other activities, there are subtle changes and shifts happening.

In this workshop we discuss what to measure physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well as in your overall health. We then discuss how to measure and you are given a yogi assignment at the end of the video to help you deepen your practice and understanding. If you have any questions please share!

Yogi Institute Monthly Workshops are on the 1st of each month from 12pm to 1pm. You can join through Zoom. Next month's topic is Discover Your Purpose In Your Life and there will be a Guided Meditation, Exercise, and Defining Purposeful Action. I hope to see you all there!
