Body sculpting combines yoga and light weights to build physical strength. Get yourself ready for squats, lunges and abs. You will be happy you did!

Equipment: Mat, towel, small hand weights, resistance band.


Yin Empower Yoga Class- Friday

Apply intentional stress on connective tissue to heal the body and mind. Lean into stillness and explore your limits in this slow yin-style class. We pause in postures and focus on our breath. Yin yoga focuses on STILLING THE MIND.

Kundalini Awaken Yoga Class- Tuesday

Awaken your true self. Dive deep within your being through breath and physical practice. Kundalini classes focus on TRANSFORMATION.

Restorative Connect Yoga Class- Thursday
