50-Hour Strength/ Sculpt Yoga Certification

This course teaches you how to create strength yoga classes, the anatomy of building muscle and the benefits of physical strength. It helps to develop consistent practice and gives you the tools to teach others this strength-building and toning form of yoga.

What You Will Need:

  • Download your Yogi Institute Strength Yoga Teacher Training Manual- RESOURCES section in the training portal

  • Purchase textbooks: Purchase the textbook Iron Yoga by Anthony Carillo

  • Electronic device (computer/tablet/phone)

  • Journal, pen and highlighter

  • Yoga props; mat, blocks, light hand weight of 2 different sizes, resistance strap

Tuition: $155 Online Certification OR Module in Yoga 300 YTT

Requirements for certification:

  • Attend or watch all sessions including any homework assignments that get turned in.

  • Journal about 20 yoga classes and submit your journal.

  • Record and Submit 45-60 minute strength yoga sequence of your creation for teaching evaluation

  • Pass the written final exam.

  • Tuition is paid in full.
