What’s Included

7 nights of shared accommodation are included.
There are shared dining, lounging, pool, and balcony areas.
Breakfast and dinner are included daily.
There will be a sunrise yoga session daily where we move our bodies and set clear intentions.
There will also be a sunset yoga session daily for reflection and relaxation.
All yoga classes are optional.
There is a pain-site and one massage is included.
Surfboard rental is available for all levels of experience.

Direct flights from DFW to PHX are available through multiple airlines multiple times per day.
We are here if you need support in booking flights or organizing transportation to and from the Phoenix airport to the retreat location.
Transportation from the Phoenix airport to the retreat centre is not included but we can help coordinate.
Lisbon City Tour, Sintra National Park, Lisbon Walking Food and Wine Tour.
All tours are optional.
