10-Hour Injury Training
This class is great for any fitness or wellness professional. In this training, we will look at common injuries such as spinal, hip, knee, shoulder, ankle and wrist and again understand how we can support our students whether it be through yoga or other healing options. There will be 2 guest speakers per body part, one who has experienced the injury and one wellness professional to offer their viewpoint on recovery.

Electronic device, journal, pen and highlighter
TUITION: $55 Online Training OR Module in Yoga 300 YTT
Requirements for certification:
Attend or watch all sessions including any homework assignments.
Completion of research project of one injury and how you can modify a class for that injury.
Complete the feedback survey.
Tuition is paid in full.
